Geveze Baykuş is free and has no ads; there are no in-app purchases.

1. The service
Geveze Baykuş is an educational app that supports learning English with games, grammar lessons, readings and exercises. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; we keep improving the content.
2. Accounts
- Give accurate account details and don't share your password with anyone.
- Parent and teacher accounts are for people over 18.
- For accounts created by a teacher or parent, that person is also responsible and can reset the password.
3. Teacher accounts
To keep children safe, teacher accounts are verified: an English proficiency test (100 questions, at least 85 correct; at most one test per day, three attempts in total) and administrator approval. Until verification is complete the account works in a limited preview mode; an account that fails all three attempts is not verified as a teacher. Teachers use the details of the students they add and the parents they invite only for educational purposes.
4. Rules of conduct
- Usernames must be polite; rude content, content with personal information or content that bothers others is not allowed.
- Trying to access other users' accounts, submitting fake scores or trying to break the system is not allowed.
- Users can block and report each other; accounts that break the rules may be warned, restricted or closed.
5. Content and intellectual property
The texts, questions, images, mascots and software in the app belong to (to be entered in the admin panel). Teachers may print worksheets for use in their own classes; content may not be copied or sold without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is educational and doesn't replace school education. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Closing your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time with the "Delete my account" button in the app; a parent deletes the account of a linked child.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In consumer matters, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within legal limits is reserved.
For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.
